About my role
My role was multifaceted: from supporting a full branding redesign, to the prototyping design of new products to operating the 30W laser engraving machine to support with fulfillment.
This was a full education of operating a small product based business & has given me a solid foundation of what makes a successful product both in terms of design & commercially successful.
What I achieved
My proudest moment was working with the Director of the business to introduce biodegradable cork to our packaging. It was novel, economical to produce, and amazingly environmentally friendly.
At Parallel, we managed to serve 1000+ customers with 100% 5-Star reviews. We have also launched two crowdfunding campaigns which we conceived of, designed & launched within 4 months The first campaign sold over £6,000 in the first 24 hours of launch and the second raised over £40,000 within one month.
